This Shipping Policy describes how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by YourDailyBeauty.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. Customers will be notified if this occurs.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days

  • Italy: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs procedures (if applicable)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

YourDailyBeauty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and selected shipping method.

Promotional or free shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Link to track the shipment

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the order has been dispatched.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Lost packages

  • Failed deliveries

caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement where appropriate.


7. International Shipping

We currently ship only within the European Union.
International shipping outside the EU is not available at this time.


8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any VAT, duties, or import taxes required by their country (if applicable).
YourDailyBeauty is not responsible for delays or fees imposed by customs authorities.
