RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving goods.

Conditions:

• Products must be unused
• Unopened and sealed
• In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic and skincare products are excluded from return.

Withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have

been unsealed after delivery (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU).

The customer bears return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product.

A contract is formed only upon shipment confirmation.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights under German law apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions
• Improper product use
• Indirect damages
• Carrier delays

Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.

Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content is protected under intellectual property law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and applicable EU legislation.
